does anyone know why when i insert my actual donation into papiao.is to try and reset my mac adress it gives an error saying " the information i provided is incorrect when that is my actual donation can anyone help:confused:

this either a rocket papiao or a NFPS papiao issue and not a PVR Client issue, so your post was moved.
Is it Rocket or NFPS ?

And is the donation you are entering, a 12 digit number or a 16 digit number ?

okay we are in NFPS area now :)

I just tried that website function and i get no error.
Are you using the Donation Status tab ?

Send me the 12 digit donation code and the MAC addy you need link. If I get in with your code, I will link the MAC while I am there.
Or reset it , if that is what you want. But either way, send that MAC along too, so I can ensure it is correctly showing on that panel.
Let me know.


What web browser are you using ?
I doubt it makes a difference but it may show a pattern.

i tried it with both and nothing and its correct i used chrome and explorer i inboxed you the mac and donation
