itv authorization failure

I'm getting ITV Authorization failed also, it's been going on for about a week.
I'm using a Amazon Fire TV4k, kodi 16, iptv stalker 9.0.21

I cant get stalker client to work, I'm getting a "failed to connect to server" msg
How do I set it up?

Im using stalker client and still have issues on more than on fire stick. I put last 3 mac info and donation and set time as stated still problem. I also loaded ninja epg still have issues. Here is what I do k now form time to time I can get a channel lets say premium to load but it wont repeat then I get the itv error. Im stuck, I am also using the beat. I a have 15.2 kodi and 16 on another still same issue. I am in Ohio. please someone walk me through step by step. also do you disable the ipv stalker add-on when I do that my live TV portion is of no use
