I am receiving an error message when I put my route number as username and pass. I though it was solved but still receiving it. The route is new. However the mag 254 was already in use with other route. What can I do to solve it. Thanks.

Have you tried resetting iptv?

I had a similar problem when I renewed my route... I'm with IKS66.... try the user/pswd with the old route number and if that don't work check that the MAC has been released from the old route, if not you will have to unlink it before you can get the new route working.

yea before you add a new mac remove the old one from the box first if you can

Ok how can I unlink it? The staff told me that they linked the new route to the mag and is ready to work. This is the second route they giving to me.

staff told you to that the MAC was linked.
You need to check that yourself thru the server website

I will need the email you used and the order number and the MAC you want linked
