Cannot renew my subscription with NFPS

My subscription expired yesterday with NFPS and when I went to Papiao site to verify my expiration date, I noticed my MAG 254 MAC address was at 00 evrywhere. When trying to renew it on the Papiao site, I entered my email address, my subscription number and MY MAC address (to have it re-assigned right away) this is what I get:

"The following MAC Address are invalid. The MAC Address must begin with 00:1A:79 or 00:1A:78 and match with the one configured in your STB. Please verify: XXXXXXXXXX"

but I own a MAG 254 and my MAC adress does start with 0D, not 00. So, what do I do from now?
