Portal Will Not Load - EBCC - Endless Blue Candy Cane

Hello,

Newbie to the site here but not entirely new to iptv. I had my mag with ****** a while back. I got distracted though and stopped using it for months when my donation ran out.

I activated my mag254 with Rocket today. I Updated to r14. I confirmed donation via the rocket website. I Associated the mac addy on the site and confirmed that it was accepted and active. It wont load the portal at all...

I reset the iptv with the stb unplugged, rebooted and still no love...

i double checked the url of the portal, (http://11.iptvrocket.tv), and it is correct. I changed this url and noticed that when the mag can't reach the entered url it doesn't make it to the blue candy cane. When i changed it back to the correct url it gets to the blue candy cane but endlessly makes no progress in loading the portal.

Does this tell me that the mag is communicating with the correct server but has another problem?

I have not seen any authentication prompt asking for username/password as i have read about here.

I have now reached my max searches on the papiao site but when i was last connected it told me that my mac addy was accepted and active.

I'm not sure what to do next.

Whenever a connection is lost or your box isn't connecting......its usually due to people working on servers or updating something....just wait and check from time to time, read posts here and don't change anything or reinstall anything unless there is something posted to direct you to update your box with latest firmware or something else. Server appears to be offline at the moment.
