Chargeback...I think you have 120 days with Visa. Basically, this would be Not as Described or Defective Merchandise.

A chargeback after code being active and useable for almost 100 days will not go over well.
I am sure if you used that same code thru an avov receiver it would have and would still work fine.
It is not the servers fault or responsibility to setup your stuff. They give you the nessaccary info to log onto their server, how you do that can decide how your viewing experience will be.
