portal will not load

Hi guys i am using a mag 254 usually no problems but in the last few days just can't load Rocket portal .Authentication bar is displayed but not moving
What can be the problem?

check you mac address first

it wil not load mag 254 wired
it was working yesterday today nothing

I reset the mac addy and reset portal nothing ?

mac address is fine .
Now it works again after 12 hours.
