Device id mismatch

Hi. I apologize in advance, I'm basically one step above a moron when it comes to this. I have never posted on a forum. I've only tried to get info. I've had the iptv service since, approximately December. Everything was fine. The other day I noticed a message that said I was using the wrong epg. Service was still working. Also, there was the update for kodi and the epg. I decided to do both. Now I'm getting the the device id mismatch error. I've tried jarvis, isrengard, and even tried clairvoyance. I followed, to the best of my ability, everything on the forums. I did read that I might need a new Mac address, but don't know how to get it. I'm on day 3 without service. Any help, in its simplest form, would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance

You may only need to do a IPTV reset on the donation checker for your MAC. Which server did you get your donation for?

You will need your "donation number".

Once in there, you should see your MAC, and a button to do an "IPTV Reset".
