Portal not loading

hi my portal is not loading in my MAG 254 box. Can any one assist. IT was working yesterday

Try a reset iptv on the server. Have your box unplugged before you click reset.

Mine is down also, have completed all kind of troubleshoot and no luck

I have no issues here been watching 4hrs now, try resetting internet connection and devices as well.

just activated a mac after a successful reset and another one without resetting thank you guys for all the good work.:)

Mine isn't loading either. Tried rebooting and resetting iptv. Was working earlier today.

I activated a new stb today. I Updated to r14. I confirmed donation via the rocket website. I Associated the mac addy on the site and confirmed. It wont load th portal at all...

I reset the iptv with the stb unplugged, rebooted and still no love...

frustrating...

I did reset the portal and MAC Address is correct
