I ordered a donation recently and can't use use it since the Mac on my mag 254 is still active on my old donation which I have no route or anything to change it... I never received an email for my old donation nor did I think it mattered because I didn't need it to sign in.... I've giving up on trying to figure it out, one of the mods tried to help and still can't do anything....if I was to get a donation to rocket will I be able to use it or will I get the same thing when trying to input the Mac?

Sorry to hear you are having issues getting your service up. To answer your question yes you would have the same issue the mac needs to be changed from the original donation number. Have your tried contacting papaio directly and see if they could assist you?

you will have to take a snapshot of the MAC from the bottom of the receiver and send that to iks66.com email
Title the email as MAC snapshot or something to describe the issue.
Note..
I just tried setting your MAC addy again and it did not work.

How about just getting a new box? I know it may not be what you want to hear, but some of the receiver out there are realisticly inexpensive these days.

I would try the following since you have paid for service from IKS66...

The only other thing would be to buy a new box i am not sure how else you can remove the mac unless you have the original donation number.

I appreciate all your help guys I have emailed them.... I messaged them about getting my donation number back when I ordered it oct 31 and nothing ever comes of it... That's why I bought another never knew I'd have the Mac issue

i think and it's just a guess that the donation has expired but the mac is still assigned to the expired donation. the OP doesn't know the donation number or order number so cannot change the mac.

That's right the older donation still has about 2 months left but I never received any information after purchase.... I emailed them about it and never got a response... It wasn't a big deal I thought as we didn't need to to "login" till February 2
