need help going on week 3 not tv

ok starting with step one i have let of problem with this How-To: Set up Kodi's included pvr.stalker client with ********** (MY 65 YEAR OLD MIND DON'T UNDERSTAND HELP):)
----------------If you already have stalker set up do this-------------
1. install the epg updater service addon from the ********** repo at http://**********

all ?
1- where does the tv need to be at
2-i have load kodi on 16 and pvr stalker was there so does this need to change it
3-does this need to be load on your tv and if so how
4 it said after you click on epg. ninja download it said to download after you click on download it has a list of thing to load how you know with one to load after you load one it show up somewhere else on your pc with do you do with this ? i click on it nothing happen need help

I just mine to work after updating to fresh install to kodi 16. I tried download from ********** and use "PVR Stalker NFPS" but too many damn problems getting to work.
The easiest way to get this work is to download KODI 16 and use the PVR stalker that comes with it. There is nothing to update.
then fallow Dara below(2nd thread on 1st page) instructions and set up . Its working for me.
