Ther's an error trying to update this MAC Already Exist

Hey All.

I have a reseller account and ever since a few weeks back i have been getting this error : "Ther's an error trying to update this MAC Already Exist" every time i change the MAC address. No matter how many times i try.

Is there a fix to this?

We also notice that some routes/accounts just disappear. a full 12 credit account just vanishes. so far i have had three in the past month. That means i have to go and spend 12 more credits to make this account active. Wondering if this is linked or if anyone else had these challenges.

if getting an error message about a MAC address already excists and are using a AVov or Mag or Dreamlink T1 MAC address, then take a snapshot of it and find a hosting site online (mediafire is one) and send the picture there and then copy the link and send that link with the picture of the MAC and send to the server administration thru their email.
Include all particulars, like your email and donation number that the MAC should be linked to.

If the MAC is being used on a Stalker application, then just simply generate another MAC with an online MAC generator.
Ensure the Prefix is 00:1A:78 for stalker applications.
