Like others, I cannot find my donation info for NFPS on my MAG 254. I can check my mac address and see it is still active. I do not have my password or donation number as I must have dumped the email for security reasons. I bought from the papiao site. They will not answer or help me in any way. I have over 200 days left on my donation. Simply getting another donation is not an option since the mac address is active. Where do I go from here? Has anyone gotten help from papiao?

How can you check your MAC addy to see that it is active if you dumped your donation number ?
And if you can check that then you have all you need. You can change it if need be, if you can check it.

I do not understand most of what you are saying because to check a MAC, you must have the donation number ?

No, I actually went to NFPS to get a new donation as I am tired of asking for and receiving no help. I got a one month donation and went to assign it and it said the mac address is active. This MAG worked fine until they implemented their security. Does no one at papaio think that they should help someone who has used their services for many years (yes, many years, not just IPTV). I have asked for help, waited, nothing. I understand they have been busy, but maybe answering something might be nice. I hope eventually they will simply send me my password......

still have not addressed my confusion.

If you have the ability to check the MAC addy at the website then you have the 12 digit donation number.
If you have the 16 digit Order number then you can check status on the order with that and your email I think.

Or if you have the Order number I can find the donation number if it excists.

But you say you do not have either but yet can see if your MAC is active or not...
You must see my confussion in this ?? :eek:

I am not sure I can be clearer. I got myself a new one month donation. When I tried to apply it to my MAG 254 it said the mac address was already active. It is, I just no longer have the email, so I do not have the account number or password. If they can tell the mac address is active, can;t they tell who/ what password it is active for? I sent them the mac address and my email......crickets....

do this too i need a picture of your mac address from the manual or on the tv screen that helps me a lot if running a mag or avov box

NFPS does not offer one month donations.

If you do have an NFPS sub, you can use the MAC address checker and you'll see the donation# that is your username/password

It may be on the other forum but I know someone who got their donation # that way by using mac address checker
