Stalker v1.0.3 on Kodi 16 cannot connect to the rocket

Does anyone have this running? I have tried on Windows/ Android everything and always get cannot connect to the server error.

Old version on 15 not work either.

Please read the tutorials in the stickies. I think your setup is wrong, just follow the directions.
