Linking mac

HI there anyone else having issue like this I link/change mac says successful then run the stb it works then few hour later or even sometimes on next start up say reload portal it just stop working. check the mac address on emulator and it changes try to change it back then get contact provider not sure what I am doing wrong. donation still has days available. thanks in advance

does the MAC still show as you set it at the iksrocket website ?

yes crazed never had this issue till the new implementation of login and password was working perfect till the new stb came in
