during the testing stage different channels will have different issues. some will even appear blank or freeze 370.
whatever the problem is it will be rectified, so please be patient.
The people behind the scenes are busy working hard to resolve issues so everyone can enjoy television.

if the mag 254 locks up on a channel & the remote stops to function or non responsive. just unplug the power adapter and reboot manually.

Does cursing help? Can I try that instead of a reboot?

BTW, don't remember ever rebooting my mag. When it stops I know server techs are crawling through the cables and chances are another channel won't help. It comes back on its' own when they're rescued from the tangles :)
