ORDERED IPTV+Free IKS and received IKS ONLY HELP Please

A week ago I placed an order for IPTV+Free IKS 1 years sub now I get activated a week and some days later with only IKS service Order #: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Please Help anyone.
