Do you know if your credit card was charged? Many cards won't do international transactions and won't approve the transaction. (Make sure the e-mail didn't make its way into the spam folder.)

I checked spam everyday it's been 4 days and yes my card was charge... I have not order number or anything but my email I used

You might want to PM crazed with the order date, e-mail address used to place the order and the last 4 numbers of the credit card you used. He has been working hard to get these issues ironed out.

2 donations ordered on Sunday a.m. and also no email. Order ID received, payment amount and payment results "transaction approved", but still no email. Any help? Thanks,

thnx guys. It has been a rough go, but seems most issues have been fixed up.
We are still getting the wait 24 hr before trying again to set your MAC messages, but we are almost there :)
