Mag 254 goes black after green loading screen

I just got a mag 254 which goes black on me after the loading screen.
I flashed the R14 to it which was sucessful. Have it on Nand - 720P
Any suggestion on how to get the inner portal to appear after the green loading screen?

Had to change HDMI cables and finally see inner portal - now its asking for login and password - I told to use my donation for it and its says error

my friends doing the same thing, put user/pass then error was working until it wouldn't pay anything then restarted not error
