US channels lagging. UK channels smooth?

Still having issues on channels lagging using kodi. It's seems to be the US channels, as some UK channels are running smooth. I've done the setting change in "video" which brought the lag to a minimum. However it is still there.
I run a sports add on that streams live sports without Any lag at all. I also have another box with STB Emulator that has all channels working flawlessly.
So I'm 99 percent sure its something in kodi, or on their end.
I'm out of ideas
Any support would be great.

i'm seeing the same issue with Kodi. U.S channels are all lagging! UK, Canadian, Indian working fine for me. Don't know whats up here, if anyone finds a workaround please let me know.

Yes they are us an stopping going back to channel list
