Quick question, wondering if it's a common problem with the servers after the recent upgrade and fix or is it just my people and me. I'm using STB Emu and whenever the app has been shut for a while, and I start it again, I get the "please contact your provider to register this device" message. Then I have to go and reset IPTV and it'll work fine... until it's been off for a while, then the same problem. Anyone else having this or it just me?

Did you update the emu?

Yep. I did, last night. Then I reset IPTV and watched TV, then again today when I turned it on, same thing.
I just tested it and it happens if the box is turned off, or rebooted. That being said, I'm wondering if this is a common new issue or whether I can do something about it.

Thanks for the response. Yes, like I told Bkman2020, I did update. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue on my end. It's not that big a deal for me, just that I'm a reseller so I have to tell my customers to do this. If you find a fix, please let me know.

Try check you setting, can be the server is taking you ip address like you device id and every time you turned off you ip change when you turned back on.

Bkman2020, so you're not getting this message upon reboots? Would you recommend maybe a fresh install?

Did that, now I'm having a hell of a time getting it going again. Even changed the MAC. It loaded up once but now it's just sitting there on the blue load screen. :(
I'll try it later when the servers aren't so busy.

@Bkman2020 Did a clean install. Made sure it was working, and then rebooted the box and same problem. "Please contact your provider to register this device.
@pecaquito I looked at the settings and I can't think of anything to change, any idea?
