Mag 254 was shut down for 3 months (vacation) and when I try to get it going it won't accept my password,donation # when auth.asked for. I have 13 digit # starting with 1: .That didn't work so I tried it without the 1: and still error problem. Really at a loss as to how to proceed as when I turn it on it goes directly to auth. mode.My donation is valid till Aug. 2016. Any help and hints thankfully accepted.....Steve2

1 is how many donations. Go to iks66.com and check your donation and while there make sure the mac is correct then hit the reset button.

Checked my donation # and it is good for another 201 days mac address still the same,says everything good to go but auth still shows error. Still need some help...Thanks Steve2

If you got this message when you checked your mac "This MAC Address 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx is good and ready to join " then your mac got unlinked. If it was still linked then you would get a different message.

If you do get that message then try what @asft suggested.

Now when I enter donation # on donation check it says its not correct, and when I go to check mac it says ..already in use. Now I'm really baffled. ...Steve2
