Hi about 3days my mag stopped working asking for log, in and password I entered it but no luck went to rocket sight to check code it says it is active but the mac address showed all 0 I did not change it to 0 it did it self I tried to enter the right mac it would not take it then the sight locks me out had to wate 24 hers logged back in now the mac showers a mac address that not even my mac again I tried to put the right Mack in it gives error saying mac all ready exists can't put the right mac in not sure what to do to get it going again the mag has the lasted update on it it was working fine until this thankes for any help on this

I was going to try that but the sight locked me out again have to wate for 24 hers what a Paine
