failed to connect to server

Good evening everyone I hope everyone's doing okay and enjoying some iptv at least some people are lol I am getting a new error message today which states failure to connect to server I've double checked all my settings everything's right and correct I recently upgraded from 15.2 to Jarvis 16 and now I'm getting this error which is new to me can i connect I've been trying all day have change my MAC address 3x have refreshed my MAC address the limit of three times today so I cannot do it anymore today so I would love to know what is going on? Can anyone hear me a hint of what could possibly be wrong? Using Kodi 16 hand built in client if I use an FPS client get errors Thanks

I am having the exact same issue Omni on the same kodi 16 with built in stalker - reset mac addresses, and done iptv resets, nothing seems to fix it and now at my limit again for today for logging into the site.

Whole ability to troubleshoot issues has become a joke with this service. Making it frustrating to try and get something working that was working before perfectly until they had server issues and now everyone has to mess around wasting time trying to get the service they paid for back working again.

Im not intending to have a go at the devs because the work they do is great but surely they should have sent out a blanket message detailing the steps needed to get each possible streaming platform working for their service is a must? Maybe I'm expecting too much but a how to page for each platform created by someone in the know wouldnt take too long to make.

if you have the exact same issue the simple solution is right above your post. with a answer time of only 3 hours!
it is normal when you switch to kodi 16 that you need to change the portal, so why are you complaining. if you did not know that, you only need to ask like Omni.

I had that portal updated Tuxen but for the rocket equivalent - if the updated URL fixed the OP issue then it wasnt the same issue. Kodi 16 is still saying authentication failed when the stalker client loads up but then the channels load anyway now. Dont know how it is working

the subject also clearly states this, not authentication failure, if you got that error the you connected fine but the server had trouble authenticating you. :)

Hope someone can help. I've changed the URL to Http://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/, but sadly I now get authentication failed - retrying message and it won't go on to load channels. I've tried the Iptv reset but still same problem. Does anyone have any other ideas?

I'm using kodi 16, and stalker client v 1.0.3

gdesignz ... If you can't reset your MAC you probably won't be able to get it working.

The second step would be to trouble shoot your errors!!! As noted below.

The other error would be Device ID mismatch meaning you have a bad Device ID in the basic pvr stalker, just change it slightly till that goes away.

Definitely need a working Mac, there is no other way around this to use this service.
