Blue loading bar

Blue loading bar is stuck at 20% yellow.
Donation was checked and is active.
Mag254 was powered off for my vacation.
Worked flawlessly before.
Many resets have the same results.
Any ideas? Thank you......

did you load the password and user name into the box now that 12 or 13 donation numbers and update the box

The password/username has 12 numbers,which worked before the power shutdown.
All info from the "donation check" is identical to the info in the Mag254.
Still running the original r3 software.

Is it safe to upgrade the firmware ?

Updated to R14 firmware and all is well (so far) !
