avon tv online ver.2 problem loading

Hi, i hope someone can help me out .i have no issue with iptv everything works good but last night i was on kodi while trying to get a movie there was a clich on tv addons like it does when it is the 1st time it runs, when it came back not all apps were there ,looking around i saw that all apps were trying to load and that is what it is doing for the last 20 hours.running 15.2 tvmc app ,the thing is i have no way how to get in the programs can not load they all say loading ,even my memory is all most full and can not undo cache,should i do a hard reset and if yes yes is there something i should know like some boxes have a reset codes like 9999 ,,or 8888 does anyone no if this is the case .i really do not want to mess this up or should i open a ticket,if so how or were do i go thankks ps i see 2 or 3 apps like ice flim 1channel but every thing black...

what do think about doing a reset just never done with this box

look in channel store pick any app click on it at bottom will tell you how much memory you have left if just a little need to reset box
ez in server setting then system info will see factory data reset that will bring it back to the original box
or check your wireless maybe things changed and reload that but i think your box is full let me know

thanks i think thats what it might be, is too reset ,memory very little will everything come back like when box was new, do i need to do anything after reset ,and there is no code numbers write .i do no were it is to reset just never done on this box everything will be back like new i hope ,thanks will let u no

yup it new box like you got it thats it load it all over again next time make a backup for tvaddon

I would tell you to run kodi if you know how to load all apps real ez just look at kodi section
