Hey fellas, I lost my previous donation info for my mag 254, so I purchased a new donation 3 weeks ago. I can't remember any info from the previous donation (except for the mac address). When I try to link my new donation info to my mag 254 it says mac already exists. I know the techs are hard at work fixing the servers and other issues. Does anyone know a way to link my new donation to my box?
