Well today is 14 days since my credit card was billed for 1 new donation, and 1 renewal. Each one was done seperatly. 1 shows up as PFA DINGQUAN CO. LTD BEIJING FOR $153.18 Canadian funds, and the other is HONEY DEW SHENZHEN FOR $153.46. I have not received any info regarding these 2 purchases. RockyCat says I will get my donations, another mod said I need to be patient. After 14 days and no replies from the seller "papiao" I believe they have no intention of resolving my problem. Things don`t get any better than this!

I have the same problem ; my credit card was charged for $109.43 while I purchased donation of $ 105 .00 it was 5 days ago. it showed up as PFA DINGQUAN CO.LTD
I sent few emails to Papaio but get no response; I dont know what should I do ? Is there any way we can contact the seller ?

I have tried to contact papiao but you need an order # and I did not receive any. Very frustrating when you can`t get an e-mail reply for such a long period of time.

You get your order number on the confirmation screen after your credit card is charged

take your order ID number and punch it into the order status checker on the rocket site got my donation number within 10 minuets there

Last year I got an email almost instantly.

Renewed today, and never got an email. I got my codes by going to the order checker, and getting it from there.

If you can find your order number, put that into the order checker, and it will tell you your numbers

I did not receive an order # the screen was blank. There was just a white screen with nothing on it. Thats when I thought the order did not go through, so I did a second transaction later and this time an order # appeared at the top left corner of the screen. I copied it down and tried the order checker but it appears this order # is not valid. It keeps recycling back to the order checker input screen.
