OK, I get the reason behind this restriction (spamming requests, hackerz, etc.) but you guys should implement this AFTER this whole debacle. It's the 5th day I'm trying to make this work and I keep trying things and resetting. Now I can't even try more than 3 times a day?

Since the new changes threw off a lot of people, let us try to get the service back running and then you can limit to 1/day if you like.

why should you have to keep changing? if you change it once and cant connect your device id wont be locked yet and you can still connect any device without changing it again..

Simple people once got my info email and I never search reset change nothing when it down it's down when it's up it you guys keep overloading the system and causing bad for everyone else . If it not broken don't fix it . Resetting and changing Mac address constantly is confusing the out of the people system.

The main issue is that you only have to look at it 3 times without changing anything and your locked out. Newbies trying to get going would only get a couple of tries at it a Day!!!

I think three changes limit per day is fair, However I do not think makes sense just just for the simple fact you are searching the status without changing more than three time and you are blocked for the day.

its not something you have to go keep looking at... it doesnt change unless you change it. newbies realistically, a newbie would likely keep the page open until the successfully connect, i know i would.. i will suggest they ad a note for people to take a picture as it lasts longer., or so they say

only people i see truly as having an issue with this, are people trying to brute force donation numbers.

also i just tested.. you can go into the same donation number as many times as you want, i did 7 times....

I guess you do have a point. I agree with you 80%

why should you have to keep changing?

Because I can't make it work on my Android box so I had to try different Kodi versions and stalker addons and I used the PC (different MAC) to test and see if it's me or them, etc. And the guides on the site say I need to do an IP reset when I change anything.

I don't understand this part.

That is a good point ... Wish they'd kept the other method as well. One for Order/Route and 3 tries you're out on MAC numbers.

And there are a group of peeps like me that renewed and then had their mac's wiped from the database. How do we re-activate out mac's without checking regularly that we are legit again ???

what gets me you should be fine within three tries yes i had one bad day and waited and waited but i unplugged my box and tried again the next day and all was good if they let it wide open many would click till the cows came home and that would mess up the server

If everything was working as it should, then I doubt I would be checking my route or mac. But a lot of us still don't have service and a lack of an email to tell us that the problem has been fixed makes me check every now and then to see if I can watch tv.

Three times a day is sufficient if we didn't constantly have to check to see if our routes have been updated to accept mac addresses.

Since, it still shows us IPTV N/A, a lot of us have been checking to see if there have been any updates so that we can link a mac and do an iptv reset to get going.

Maybe for the other servers, the iks66 has a 3 searches limit. And by searches I don't mean MAC changes. Just to search by route number to look at your details and see the MAC change/IPTV RESET buttons.

I think some peeps just don't understand the scope of the problem, as theirs is working they think it should be easy for the rest.

still.. chek your route.. take a screwenshot or copy and paste the data to a text file.. and hit iptv reset..

even if you try different clients and they arent working on your devices you dont have to do iptvreset again untill you have connected a device sucessfully.. so really you only need to go to the page once.. you dont have to go resetting every time if you cant get it to work in the first place.. resetting only tells the server to forget your device id... if you cant connect sucessfully,, your device id isnt set, there is nothing to reset.

as for seeing if your mac changed... it tells you when you change it if it took or not... it doesnt jsut go chaning itself (except for the recent db reset, which happened once).

That's the point... all we can do is check our route's... I don't get any other options after that because it comes back

IPTV Portal: N/A. After checking the route a few times I get the red banner telling me I've done it too many times and to wait 24 hours.

Psy, this makes sense for people that already went through all the setup before the servers went bonkers. Others that have their orders messed up (i.e. IPTV: N/A) or that are setting up this for the first time and not working (me, me!) might need to do IPTV resets multiple times as they try different devices/MACs and configurations. Speaking of that, I still haven't managed to get the nfps.stalker working (http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?14419-Can-t-authenticate-to-IPTV66-servers-Using-the-Kodi-16-apk) on the Kodi 16 RC2 downloaded from **********.

Again, I completely understand the need for this limitation, it's just the timing that I don't agree with. Put back the 15 tries for the next month or so until the people and servers settle down and reduce to 3 or even 1 tries after.

my point is, is you do not need to keep resetting and trying new macs... if its not connecting, resetting over and over is doing nothing, its already reset until you connect successfully again..

if its not working, check that your following the how to threads properly. you can reset 1000 times and if the rest of your settings arent right, your not going to be able to connect.. if you still cant get it working, put kodi in dubug mode and pm me your debug log using the kodi log uploader addon..
