go to the link provided on email, there do the following.. Mac change and put the exact mags mac number and change it, then do a port change, iptv reset and try signing in again..

was talking to 2.0 he said something about changing to a new dns but I know nothing about it

so going to try the iptv reset once they let me on there to do it
