well guys, I do not know how tinie is holding up, but I gotta get some shut eye. I started at 8 pm last night and it is now 10:30 am next morning.
There were alot of iks66 routes fixed. Tinie was fixing them faster then I could keep up for awhile there.

I will be back in a few hours.
All PMs on this matter are welcome, I will see them in a few hours.
If anyone was missed, my appologies and please send me a PM, or simply use the Route checker with your Order # and it could be that it may show as fixed.

how can I change my MAC and reset my IPTV? When I go to the route checker screen, it tells me I have reached my max searches per day. try again in 24 hours.

I have asked the administration to increase the cap on the limited amount of times before the wait 24 hour message appears.

I was in the same boat as you, crazed gave me the green light this morning but ran up against the maxed out message... tried a few times during the day with no luck...tried just now on the 'link a mac' page and it came up with all the correct info.. including an extra 10 days which is appreciated. So just hang in there and check it every couple of hours.

THANK YOU crazed 2.0 without your help a lot of us would still be waiting.

I recently purchased the a route from IKS66. I have them several emails regarding not being able to setup the mag address. I still haven't heard from them. I received the route and I am not able to setup the MAG address. I also noticed the clock on the rout is counting when I check the status. Could you please help

You got a confirmation number and when you get the email with your donation you will not get a mac address, that is in your receiver.

I have just been informed that the server admin and techs are in the process of fixing all routes and codes.
So if you have an issue please hang tight and check your route or code thru the server websites.

Please keep your Order # when you initially make the purchase.
For those that have been waiting for their route or code and if you have the Order number, send that to me and I can probably find your route or code.

Otherwise guys hang tight with the messages for now.
If if some reason you have been missed and nothing has changed for you then send me a message, but please give it some time so the server guys can get their work done..

You should find that if you had the IPTV Portal NA error , it should be fixed now. The server admins and techs have gone thru all active codes and adjusted accordingly.
Please check your IPTV service and use the iks66.com or the papiao websites to check your order status.

You can still send me a PM if you need to, but most all issues with the IPTV Potal NA should be fixed now.
Some members I have seen, have no route but have an order number and it may have been many days with no email. Most of those the routes are there and active, they just need to be found. Most times the member themselves can find it thru the Route Checkers or Spam email Folders.
But I can still help with that. Just send me a message. And if the route is there somewhere, I will find it

Use a MAC addy with the prefix 00:1A:78 for stalker pvr clients
Use the generator to generate a MAC addy

With the Avov and the Mag receivers, use the MAC exactly as how it shows on the receiver .
It will have a prefix 00:1A:79

Rocket and NFPS are very similar to iks66, except of course server names and URLs will be different, along with IKS ports and DesKey.

This is the servers IPTV Portal which you would use as the IPTV Server URL.
Depending on how you are accessing IPTV, the server URL entered on your device will vary slightly...... See the post above this one for info on that.

This is the IKS server which is included with every iks66 purchase.
This is for satalite TV

Line f..
This is the IKS server ports available for satellite TV
With each Port number representing a different satellite, as you can see by the port numbers and the names beside.

Line g..
This is also a setting for IKS satellite TV

Line h..
Needs no explanation.

Line i..
This is your Route number.
This is a 13 digit number.
This Route number is used as both your Username and Password, and that holds true with both IPTV and IKS services.
*With other services (Rocket and NFPS), this is referred to a Donation number and is a 12 digit number.

If you see a MAC address appear here along side your Route number, then that is the MAC address you submitted when you purchased the Order.
If you see the words Add MAC ADDRESS (like we see in this example below), then that means you will need to visit iks66.com and Link a MAC addy to your Route.

I got your message and I sent another message back to you.
Them MACs you will be using need to have the Prefix 00:1A:78 and the format needs to be the colons and not a dash between each set of digits.
Use that MAC generator I sent you.

You have two route numbers. Each Route number is your Username and Password.
example
route #1 = one Username and password
route #2 = one username and password

I do not know if you meant to order two, but that is what you have.

hey guys and gals, just a reminder of what I have previously posted.

If you send me multiple messages, you need to add all the relevant info into them messages.
If for instance you ask me to link a MAC for you but do not include the route or donation number then How can I proceed. And I will always need your email with every request, I use that as confirmation that it is you that owns the Order.
I get 20 to 30 messages per hour, from 3 different websites. I am swamped at times answering these messages. If I have to go searching thru old messages for info that was not re-sent to me but yet I would need in order to help, I get cranky :)
Takes alot of my time and that means people do not get help in a timely manner :)

I have been noticing with the many messages and searches that I do, is that some members that have been waiting on that email to get their Route or Donation, already have their Route Number or Donation number, but just do not realize it.

iks66 uses a Route number and is 13 digits.
Rocket and NFPS use a Donation number and is 12 digits.

Some miss it because it is shown at the very bottom of the email message , and some miss it because they are looking for a User or Pass number, which is what your Route Donation is.

And please see post #82 from above, for MAC addy info and server URL info

Guys and gals, if I do not get all info send to me in one message and I gotta search past messages or send multiple messages to member asking for this info, then that takes up alot of my time. There are anywhere from 10 to 30 messages to me in an hour every hour, everyday.
You guys and gals have it easy, If you need to check past messages you only have a few to go thru.
I have 100s at a time.
So please do not make me cranky and send what I need the first time and everytime.
Today was especially bad. I prolly spend an extra 2 to 3 hours on helping members because I had to ask or search out info from many cases today, that should have been given to me in one message instead or 3 or 4 messages.

I been at work since early am this morning, just got home.

This morning I had noticed that I could not access the iks66 website (well I could but upon entering a route donation number to search I just get a continuous loading page and never loads.
It is still the same now.
I can not access things and therefore I can not help with things at the moment.

I know alot of yous sent me messages and waiting for a reply, but until I can again access what I need to, I have not opened any new messages (that way I know what are messages pending once things are back to normal)

well guys and gals, I do not see any fix yet for the ioptv66 website. I still can not access anything I need to.
The papiao sites seem to be working, but I do not even know if I can trust the results with that as of yet.

I just arrived home from work and have seen a couple reports that the site was working correctly, but I do not see that.
Not the panel nor normal user access to Link a MAC :(

I see I have 27 new messages waiting for me and that is not including the 30 or so I answered last couple days with them stilll being pending.
Sorry about all this guys and gals. I have sent messages to admin and he usually answers me in a timely manner, but when things are messed up, he usually wont answer till they are fixed.
That is all I can tell you for now, other then try the website and see if yous get any functionality out of it.

I have not forgot any of yous. It is just that I can not do anything for us yet :eek:

hey guys, about 10 minutes ago I was able to use the iptv66 website with full functions working. I was able to check one code but then went to check a second and it went off-line again.

But this is good news.
I also just talked to server admin and he said that they are on it this very minute

If we get results tonight guys, I will be up late getting all those messages taken care of :)

It's been 4 days since my credit card was charged (not in pending, charged), but unfortunately, it doesn't seem like IKS is going to honor my purchase, because I have not received an email (I've check junk box) and my order id shows no results in lookup.

Has anyone else not had their purchase honored by IKS? Is there anything we can do?

Really happy we have you crazed Ive emailed support twice and don't get a response I know pages are having issues however a simple response to the email saying we are working on it and haven't forgotten you goes a long way to users. Hopefully the admin team starts cracking the whips on support I see a lot of users complain because the support takes so long to get back to you if they do at all. This whole service would go a lot further and be a lot better if there actual support team did that and supported the users.

I'm in the same boat, man. I paid 6 days ago only for a month's subscription. By the time I am able to use it, I will only be able to use 2-3 weeks out of it before the month is up :/

well guys , websites are still not working correctly.

For iks66 website, I can check the 13 digit Route Donation number and set a MAC with that route number in hand.
I can not check Orders or MACs with the 16 digit Order number, I need the 13 digit Route number.
I can check with email addy, but that does not always work.

Crazed can you find out from the Server Admins what sort of time frame we are working with in getting the servers fully functional so that at least it will give all an ease of mind. Also is there any way to block the payment sites until the servers are fully functional because many are paying for a service they cannot use and the days are going by. Do these services provide a refund option for those who wish to do so?

i dont think thats going to happen.all i want is the 3 routes i renewed sent to me..i didnt even receive an order #,they just took my money from cc and havent received nothing.

I think about what you have said everyday, all day.
I have sent messages to server administration with that exact question.
I just now about 15 minutes ago send a request for a time-line.
I did yesterday too, but did not receive a response to that question.

As to the days clicking by, I think with these new orders not found yet on the system, that when they do get on the system the days will start then.
As to orders already on the system but members can not access to link MAC or what ever the case may be, these orders may be clicking days away, but once the system is back working correctly we may see the missing days added. I can not say for sure thou, but is my educated guess.

If yous need to Link a MAC to your donation, please try several times thru the website. I have had a couple reports that the member tried several times and finally had success, but that would take luck and vigilance, is the way I see that.

I can not appologize enough for this delay guys :(
I know it is not my fault and nothing I can do, but I feel I have failed you guys and that sux big time :(

Papiao server admins need to see what this is doing to their reputation.
IKS66 especially I have supported and made it reputable, that now has gone out the window.
Many many members are asking for a refund and I do not blame them one bit at this point.

Crazed we know you have tried your best and I can speak for myself, I am eternally grateful for all the hard work and support you have given over time especially within this last week. Please do not feel you have failed. The server admins are trying their best in getting the servers up and running, but they have failed in providing proper feedback. Especially when end users email them and there get no responses whatsoever. When you provide customer service, you do not want to go down that road they are apparently on. I hope for the sake of everyone the service is back up and running soon and this reputable service will once again be one of the best there is out there.
To you and other moderators Crazed, keep up the good work and you will always get my support and from others.

I must say, am really disappointed with iks66. I have now been waiting for my code since the 4th of April. I know that I have sent crazed a PM and he is trying to get it sorted. However it is not right for them to collect payments and leave us searching for answers.

okay guys and gals, I am now having some success when I search with using your email.
Some still come up as not on the System yet (iptv66), but i have been randomly re-checking the many messages I have received and some of those are found now while others are still not yet.

Some have received a message from me this afternoon with good news.
I can not begin to try and get back to everyone, so please please resend me the info you have.
Especially that email and I will re-check each order as I get the messages.

Please guys, do not automatically expect yours to be found yet. I have to tell you that the success rate is not that great yet, but is better then yesterday :)

yup, I got it :)

I can now see all 3 of your routes but they all show as inactive with 0 days
That could mean that it finally arrived from gateway and is being processed

But ...
I have also sent this off to the server administration for some clarification.
Hope to hear something soon in response :)

thanks again..i also used the route checker and they are there but 0 days on all.2 of the routes expired 2 days ago and the 3rd route had been expired for about a month.Have informed the gateway that i used and they said that they had contacted 66 and that 66 would contact me asap.

okay guys, I been at this for the last 12 hours or so
I have found many many missing codes for many many members.
The success rate got higher and higher as the day went on :)

I have went thru over 150 older messages today and tried my best to get to everyone.
But I know I missed some (if you are one, send me a message).
I thank you guys for re-sending me the info and am so happy to get you guys up and running.

Most everyone that is, but there were still some that were not found.

I need to log off now as I gotta work early in the morning.
I will check in before I go to work thou and try and get to any new messages then. And of course after work tomorrow, I will get to all new messages:.

I will be on-line another 15 minutes or so to catch any stragglers , so catch me while you can guys :)
Otherwise see you here tomorrow, same bat time, same bat channel :)

yea, that is bad acting calling us theives, but I try and overlook that and if I get his order in order, then he will also see that he was wrong.
As it stands right now thou, looks like his order is not on the system, which can be caused by a few reasons.
When not on system at all, then it is usually a gateway issue, not always but usually.

Stopped at gateway because Insufficient funds, or Fraud, or incorrect card used.
Them reasons are mostly why it gets stopped at gateway..

these payment gateway portal services can be contacted by email too.
They will tell you anything you wanna know about the transaction. They will tell you if it went thru or was stopped and resaon why it was stopped.

There has been more action with routes again in these last few hours.
Some have gotten an email earlier.
Some have seen results with their orders now again.

I have also checked a few waiting and found the order where I could not find it just a few hours ago, with the same info.
So check your emails and check your order with order # if you have it.
