that private information that you had posted is private and only you should see that, so do not ever post that in a public forum (for your own security).
It was posted publicly for about 4 or 5 hours now (till it was caught and deleted), so what I would do is make a New Order and you will get new numbers (for your own security in case someone copied them posted private numbers and maybe will try and use them in the future).
Or you can renew that old number, it is your choice.

I tried to assign a new route today and found that I have a 0 balance when I thought I had about 5 routes left. I then tried to purchase more re-seller routes, but received numerous failed transaction messages through both PayEase and ePay. When using ePay, the payment result was 1000:Invalid customerIP:客户下单IP不正确 on all four purchase attempts. PayEase did not give an reason why the transactions failed, but the transactions still all failed. When I contacted my credit card company about what was happening, a customer service rep informed me that there were no signs of the attempted purchases on their end. Is there something wrong with the re-seller panels, the website, or the payment gateways for iptv66? Can someone please help me figure this? This is jeopardizing new business.

I don't know your exact problem, since you were lean on details. You could try another card, try an international prepaid card, try a different gateway...
Crazed 2.0 is the guy who deals with the ins and outs of the payment process. You can wait for him to respond to this thread or send him a PM, but make sure to flesh-out exactly what happened.

Try doing an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker. If that doesn't do it, try changing the portal at the Donation Checker.
You're better off starting your own thread and specifying the device and add-on/app you are using.

Hi, I placed an order last night for 24 credits ($100) and received the confirmation that the transaction was processed with success (6821********) but haven't yet received the credits at my reseller account. Can someone please help me to confirm if the transaction actually went thru and when should I receive the credits at my reseller dashboard? Sorry for the hurry but I have a customer pending to assign part of the credits.

Do not try to scan -- They will decline a scan -- they want a photo. Also be prepared to take a video of the credit card that was used to make the purchase with you reading a script!! You do get to block the middle 8 numbers of the credit card.

Have waited two days not for step three, step after credit card debited, and that is the step where they verify the video of you reading a script holding the credit card. If it is declined, I am through with papio. First you go to NFPS/Rocket/iptv66 they send you to Bitcoin(Coingate) then they send you to Simplex for all these verifications. In the mean time, if you feel like you have been scammed, you go through three filters(locations) trying to recover your money. Simply said, I am no leader of the pack, but I urge everyone else to do like me. Forget buying until they go back to a simple credit/debit card purchase. If they don't, its their loss. Other choices, not as simple in viewing but you can view all channels by other means.

For orders paid but not received, I can help with most of these type issues.
I can also check if a new code has been issued for those with the IPTV Portal NA issue too.
I can not fix that but sometimes there has been a new code or route issued and we just gotta find it.

Some members I have seen, have no route but have an order number and it may have been many days with no email. Most of those the routes are there and active, they just need to be found. Most times the member themselves can find it thru the Route Checkers or Spam email Folders.

I have been noticing that some members are not receiving their info after making the transaction.
Most of the issue seems to be either the email the service is sending the info to is incorrect or it could also be a php error.

I receive one or two messages each week concerning codes not received (this last week it has been approx 5 or 6).
When I do a search for these code(s), most times I do find these codes.
I think most of the issue why the member has not received the email may be because of an error in the email address or using a second email.
But regardless of the reason, if you have been patiently waiting for an email that seems is not coming, please click on my name and send me a Private Message and I can help :)
Read the first post in this thread for information concerning what I need in order to assist you.

When sending me a private message with requests for help with an Order that maybe was not received or other things concerning Orders, please guys and gals i need some help from you all.
I need yous to send me the info I would need and send it all in one message.
If I have to search thru multiple messages to gather up all the info I need , that makes my day turn into a very long and laborious day.
And also if you copy and paste me the info from maybe a receipt or other document then when I open it and proceed to reply, I see a bunch of text tags and etc... it makes it very confusing and puts a strain ion my time and my sanity. So please do not send me copied and pasted documents or transaction receipts. Just send me text typed message with no added tags and etc... that means also do not use the Color or Bold options either (and them other options concerning text).

Which service was it (iptv66, Rocket or NFPS)
The BlockChain crypto address
The BTC amount
The date of transaction
A breif and clear explanation of the issue.

Guys, if you make my work difficult then we all loose.
My time is taken up with these Orders and if one request takes me maybe 30 minutes to get all together or figured out, then that is a waste of about 28 minutes and is a strain on my time and sanity.
So please send me everything needed in one message and please make it clear for me to see and understand.

I have no idea why some members can not message me.
There are no restrictions set. There should not be a problem.
I have had another member tell this same thing and that member has been a member for a few years now and I have received messages from him in that past but seems now something is messed up.
I changed your registration jeanbruno. You now are seen as one step up from a Registered member and all your permissions are set correctly.
Try sending message now.

Payment cleared 22 days ago. I received my email from iks66with the transaction details 21 days ago. No word since. Account has not beenupdated. I have contacted them several times. Crazed has contacted them. Itsbeen over 3 weeks. Now what ? Getting concerned that there is a problem withthe provider.

depends on payment process you used. bitcoin ATM/wallet works quick where PayPal mining takes some time. once payment is cleared it can take 24 hrs to 48 hrs and some time it can take even longer. but most of the time its under 1 hour. :)

Thanks for the help Ryu!! I have another question, new to this and trying to learn so bare with me. So ATM works fastes? What about through coinbase? What are the fastest methods?

Your Order has been active on the system for two days.
Seems thou that the email you should have received does not always work. I do not know why.
Maybe the email was incorrect or is an older inactive email , or somehow the system does not read it correctly due to maybe a browser thing or perhaps your browser is whacky or email server is whacky or clearing cookies and cache I heard helps... I just do not know the exact reason or reasons with any given instance, but the Order has been active for the last 2 days.
If anyone is waiting, please send me a private message and I can possibly help tracking down any orders.

When sending me a private message with requests for help with an Order that maybe was not received or other things concerning Orders, please guys and gals i need some help from you all.
I need yous to send me the info I would need and send it all in one message.
If I have to search thru multiple messages to gather up all the info I need , that makes my day turn into a very long and laborious day.
And also if you copy and paste me the info from maybe a receipt or other document then when I open it and proceed to reply, I see a bunch of text tags and etc... it makes it very confusing and puts a strain ion my time and my sanity. So please do not send me copied and pasted documents or transaction receipts. Just send me text typed message with no added tags and etc... that means also do not use the Color or Bold options either (and them other options concerning text).
if it is about an Order not received, I need ...
-Your email
-Your Order number (from the iptv service)
-Which service was it (iptv66, Rocket or NFPS)
-The BlockChain crypto ID number (not the Transaction ID, but the crypto Blockchain sequence of digits and letters).
-The BTC amount
-The date of transaction
-A brief and clear explanation of the issue.
For other order issues or MAC issues follow the outlined steps posted in this thread at the opening post
Guys, if you make my work difficult then we all loose.
My time is taken up with these Orders and if one request takes me maybe 30 minutes to get all together or figured out, then that is a waste of about 28 minutes and is a strain on my time and sanity.
So please send me everything needed in one message and please make it clear for me to see and understand.

You were correct thou and there was a delay at the administration level.
It started about two weeks ago and now in the last 24 hours or so they have been catching up and following thru with these orders that needed attention.

Need help with ordering. I forgot to pay it on time so my service was stopped. Well I tried 1 day before it was going to stop. But anyway my friend is still waiting for payment details from the bitcoin miner. It has been I think 5 days already and still no reply back. I just tried it too.
How long does it normally take to mine it or is there something else wrong.
I didn't do it under renew I did it under new order. If I can do it still under renew please let me know. I think my friend did it under renew.

Bitcoin mining thru a Miner source can be timely and these days it seems unpredictable, but generally even in today's 'shanagans', it should not be any longer then after 3 days.

The fastest methods is to posses a CryptoCurrency Wallet of your own with some amount of cryptocurrency already in it, ready for transfer.
