ohh, I had forgotten all about doing that reset and stuff :eek:
It may have been while I was having a few pops :)

That route checker deal is messed up at the best of times.
It needs some attention from the server techs I think

update.received refund on the 3 routes i had ordered..server guys said it would take up to 30 days to credit my cc..only took 5 days!

hey guys, good news!
At the start of this which was a few months ago, we had almost 100 messages and emails daily with issues. That happened daily.
Then it dropped down to maybe 20 to 40 per day.
That lasted awhile.
Then it dropped down to maybe 2 to 10 per day for order issues.
As some know, I been busy and hard at it with getting issues communicated to administration.


I am so pleased to announce that in 2 or 3 days now, there has not been one (new) issue reported to me.
This to me means only one thing.
The system has improved :)

ANy issues with orders thou guys, do not hesitate to message me about it.

There will still be times yous do not get your orders within 24 to 48 hours, but from my findings you should get that order within that time frame. If not then give it just a bit longer.
Do not panic thou, just send me a message instead :)

When I renew routes from the reseller pannel there is no receipt or proof of route assignment. It just deduct my credits and said assigned successful but it did not add the routes to the client's account. I already sent a message to iks66.com but we all knows how that goes.

I renew my routes Today which only has 2 days left. I usually get an e-mail with my renewals and If I go into my accounts. I see them renewed.Also I order a route yesterday and I didn't see any thing in my inbox for that one to. My card was charged for all of them. \

I have the same issue aliasvn - did you get yours sorted out. Sent two messages already to Asft trying resolve my subscription. First time - I decided to cancel my "credit charge" with bank <> since the billing cycle was due. Need also to renew my other subscription but I cannot get any password reset confirmation. Mine is due next month already! Help? Love this thing - best TV in the world!

You have and own a Mac address so if it has the correct format then yo are good to go. You will need to go to iks66.com and link what you have ( again if the correct format).

I have not yet either. But I have heard back from administration on a couple other matters. So that tells me your matter is being looked at still. Please hang on a bit longer.

Hi,

I had paid for 3months acesss to IKS, however only one month was applied to my route. I wrote to IKS support and they said they would look into it last week, but I have not heard anything back since. I have the order number and credit payment receipt, but have now been without service for several days (missing all the football!) .

I would be grateful if anyone here could look into the issue.

I renewed this morning for my 2 NFPS through iptvprivateserver, however when I got to the end of the checkout, all appeared to have gone through ok, but got a web page error 404. However I checked my payment method, and a charge has gone though ok. I have followed the instructions from a post here http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?19121-Orders-not-received from dara and have PM's crazed 2.0 as instructed with my info. I haven't heard back as of yet, no biggie, people have lives, have also PM thru the iptv www as well. When I originally purchased, the emails were instant, so I just want to ensure payment has gone thru ok and renewal info has gone thru ok. thanks

most all issues get fixed , even if it seems I or our couple other S staff have not openly replied on this thread. All members on this thread been addressed in quick fashion, as always here :)

i am not able to use my donation. Below are the results when trying different alternatives:
1. First i tried with stb emulator on my android smartphone, did the setup and screen was stuck on channel list loading bar. At one point i also got an message as my stb is blocked. But, it didn't last long, after multiple reboots and uninstall/installs it went and i was again stuck on loading bar.
2. I switched to my android tablet. Also, changed the MAC by doing the route search. Did the setup and tried again. I was stuck at same channel list loading screen.
3. Then i thought of trying out kodi on my tablet. So I exited from stb emu and did the setup on Kodi. After doing the setup, i am getting Authentication failed error for stalker pvr.
4. Now i cannot do more searches and try new devices, as I have maxed out the limit.

Note: I have purchased the donation from a reseller and he is also trying his best to help me out.

ERROR AFTER DONATION MADE
So I unlinked my mac and bought donation directly from the nfps site...this is what popped up after I paid:

Not Found

The requested URL /payment/gw/globebill/PayResult.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I checked my card and the money was taken from me ($87.45)...What do I do now? Thanks in advance for any help!!!

For orders paid but not received, I can help with most of these type issues.
I can also check if a new code has been issued for those with the IPTV Portal NA issue too.
I can not fix that but sometimes there has been a new code or route issued and we just gotta find it.

I can do this for iks66 or Rocket or NFPS

Please send me a PM with the Order number and your email you used for the purchase.
Other relevant info too.

And, Please do not forget to send the service used
ie ..iks66 or Rocket or NFPS

And also if you bought directly from the server websites, please tell me that too. As appossed to a reseller.

To make things easier for me, If you are sending me messages then please quote your last message into any new message, then that way I see everything there in the message and know what it is all about.
Otherwise, if I need something that you sent last time, I have to search any messages I got from you before and that takes alot of time.
Especially dealing with 10 or 20 messages every couple hours. So please guys help me out a bit with that.

You should find that if you had the IPTV Portal NA error , it should be fixed now. The server admins and techs have gone thru all active codes and adjusted accordingly.
Please check your IPTV service and use the iks66.com or the papiao websites to check your order status.

You can still send me a PM if you need to, but most all issues with the IPTV Potal NA should be fixed now.
Some members I have seen, have no route but have an order number and it may have been many days with no email. Most of those the routes are there and active, they just need to be found. Most times the member themselves can find it thru the Route Checkers or Spam email Folders.
But I can still help with that. Just send me a message. And if the route is there somewhere, I will find it :)

You didn't make a donation directly to the provider here, since Paypal is not a method used here for processing donations. You must have used a reseller. You'll need to contact the reseller with questions about the transaction.

Look at your Paypal receipt. It will most likely list the reseller (third party) from whom you purchased Rocket. They're the only one that can help with this purchase, since you did not purchase directly from Rocket, which I would recommend doing the next time.

Rockycat, I followed your advice and sent an email to PayEase and informed you of what was done via pm on August 11. To date have heard nothing from PayEase, you or iks66 regarding the status of the service I requested and paid for. However, I'm seeing strings of similar advice coming from Super Moderators like yourself on the same issue. I'm just seeking some answers or some closure please. I have been in this line of uncertainty since receiving my order confirmation on August 6, 2016 and I did not use PayPal.

I think you have been entering an incorrect number at the website when you were trying to check on the route account.

You also have a Route Donation number which you may have missed
It is that 13 digit number I sent you.
Have also generated a MAC for you and linked it to the Route number. Ensure you use that MAC on your Kodi Stalker application.

That Route number is also both your Username and Password that you would use on your Kodi Stalker application.

If anyone can help, I just got home from work and I put in my mac given to me with my route # as my username and password, and i'm getting auth failed with pvr and invalid mac on stalker addon, I have already changed my mac to the prefix plus my last 6 entries with mac reset, and even did a full iptv reset. Antone know something I may have missed, the server url hasn't changed right?

Ok, pvr must've been down because I just launched kodi and it loaded the channels like everything is fine. So my service is running superbly, thanks again guys. Love it.

You should find that if you had the IPTV Portal NA error , it should be fixed now. The server admins and techs have gone thru all active codes and adjusted accordingly.
Please check your IPTV service and use the iks66.com or the papiao websites to check your order status.

You can still send me a PM if you need to, but most all issues with the IPTV Potal NA should be fixed now.
Some members I have seen, have no route but have an order number and it may have been many days with no email. Most of those the routes are there and active, they just need to be found. Most times the member themselves can find it thru the Route Checkers or Spam email Folders.

I just renewed my service for 1 year using my M/C and it went through (It said it went through on the screen after the payment). I see it on my bank statement. Yet I did not get an order number and my remaining days did not go up. I paid 125.00, My question is did my order go through and when will I see a change in my days remaining change.

I use iptv 66 last I used payease time was about 16:45 cst or 17:45 est

Problem was that the renewal was done too early (still had 80 days remaining on original order), so it did not show correctly on the account.
Server administration caught it and sent petra1000 his stuff :)

First of all, thanks to all of you that will take the time to read and possibly reply to this post!

Here's the situation. I'm using Kodi with iptv66 service. I bought one year service in advance from a reseller back in March 2016. Back then this reseller was very responsive.
Since September 2016 he is not responding any messages that I have sent to him.
Yesterday night, I got an error when Kodi was trying to load the list, "Authentication Failed".
I know that I need to reset my MAC in order to solve this error, the thing is that I do not know my route number neither my donation number, since all of this info was never shared to me from the reseller.
Every time I had the same error in the past, I just contacted the reseller and he resetted my MAC for me in a couple of minutes.
What should I do in order to recover my service?
The only information that I have is my MAC number, Login, Password, Serial Number and Device ID. I'm using PVR Stalker in Kodi. Since I paid one full year, my service should be valid through March 2017.

How can I reset my MAC? Do I need support from an admin at IPTV66 in order to recover my service?

All your help, support and advices will be highly appreciated.

Yesterday I ordered 2 additional routes - (I have had one for a couple years)
It looks like the payment went through ok, BUT I have 2 problems.

1. I can open the "IPTV Reset & Route Checker" for route 56218xxxxxxxx, and it brings up my info, (Hello, here is your Route details: ) but it will not let me enter a mac address. Its default on all 000000000000

2. The checker will not let me enter the 81494xxxxxxxx route - It says "You have reached the maximum searches per day, please try again in 24 hours"

pelermon had been trying to use a MAC ID with letters that will not work.
When yous generate or create a MAC ID, you must use numbers from 0 to 9 and letters from A to F
No letter after the letter F will be accepted.
That is just the way it works with MACs guys

that exact message coming from the MAC checker usually means you have entered the wrong info

I used 66 before and didnt have any problem, but today the website wont let me into the account. basically says user does not exist. i dont understand why the brackets in a password, dont the form striplash them. Would it not be simpler just to add a default password like 123456.

Not sure how this site works, but runs under a different domain then the place i purchased. so a bit weary about sharing account info for anyone to take it over. The order says active, its the username/password to login that isnt correct.

Your Username / Password combination is invalid --- how is it invalid when they issued it to me.
what is [PASS] is it just that caps with brackets, or is it PASS, case-sensitive or not?

when you get that [PASS] like that it is an indication that they did not get the password included. I believe that it is becauise of incompatablities in email servers. That PASS is actually a slot where the copied password should actually be, or more likely it is a generic message from gateway, only because the Order process was delayed for some reason (delayed at gateway could be due to a few things).
But this Order is brand new today so, no need to worry any yet.

That PASS would be your reseller password , when it is actually showing the correct password and not just the word PASS

I need some info sent to me thru private message in order to help you.
Check post #459 here and send me the info I need, or you could email server but that would result in frustration due to time period and the no responses factor. They will eventually get you fixed up for you , but will not correspond till it is actually done and that could be some time ( they get lots of emails to go thru).
I can get it done quicker and with corespondance :)

when you get that [PASS] like that it is an indication that they did not get the password included. I believe that it is becauise of incompatablities in email servers. That PASS is actually a slot where the copied password should actually be.

That PASS would be your reseller password , when it is actually showing the correct password and not just the word PASS

I need some info sent to me thru private message in order to help you.
Check post #459 here and send me the info I need, or you could email server but that would result in frustration due to time period and the no responses factor. They will eventually get you fixed up for you , but will not correspond till it is actually done and that could be some time ( they get lots of emails to go thru).

Dikze does not have any info, except his email and an old Order number.

Problem is that the email has a dot included in the email name and the search engines thru iptv66 do not recognize dots or other symbols.
I can search the old order and it does come up, but a search with the email comes up empty, does not even bring up the old order.
This is because the email has that dot and is non-searchable:(

Other reasons for blocking, could be coming from your ISP

that error indicates bthat the card is not honoured.
