New with mxq pro

Hello I am Michael and I recently purchased a MXQ pro and I am a little lost as to how to setup this box so I can enjoy it the way it is intended.
My main purpose in having this is to watch movies, sports and maybe use my Amazon Prime membership here.
If anyone knows a good setup please let me know
