donation inactive

So about a day ago I was finally able to connect to the website and start watching my IP TV great well that didn't last long today I log into my account on p Papiao ( As I am a reseller) and I see my personal donation state inactive it also stated that MAC address so I continue to try to add MAC address when I try it states cannot edit or change donation that is not active??? What is going on? I have more than 6 months left on my donation and now me being the reseller my own personal one is down I can't even watch TV lol ain't that something has anyone heard of this or know what I can do? I already wrote them a email but it usually takes 24 hours for 8 answer of some kind if anyone else has experience this type of problem I would love to hear a little feedback I do not wish to waste another donation on my own when I still have 6 months left thanks guys hope someone can help me out

This happen to me also. I have no idea what to do. What is the email address you use to write them?

That happened to me, just send him an email to papiao and less than two hours everything was ok .. They are working to correct the problems.
