mag 275 will not load portal

hello need some help .I have a mag 275 that was working good tell the user name and password was added now it would not load portal anymore, it goes 25%of the way and then stop any help would be nice thanks

So then the receiver Mag 275 we lost our money for that boxes they do not want to climb UP What happens with support for the boxes. some help already done everything and nothing. Thanks

I upgraded to 275 put all my information and entered authentication with a donation number then went to the barber pole like everybody else going on 25% of the way. The other fun thing the unit will shut off with a remote control, but it won't start with the remote control, I have to unplug the power plug it back in. I think it worked the first time I shut it off and then I started again with the remote control. The 275 replaced at 254 we put the numbers in the authentication Coming up with error. 275 like the donation numbers, but will load now. I see other people of the same problem, what I don't see as an answer.

try to update the factory software to r15 might help
