yep..and all my routes match the mac addys,seems they dont ask for order #'s now.

cjiours route were fixed at server end , without an email notification.
If you have an Order number (16 digit number), send it to me and the service (is it iks66)
I can check for you.

they obviously also removed ordernumber to login the donation alone does it now. its probably gonna make some folks very happy.
and nice gestus with the extra days for the trouble.. thanks iks66.

Hmm I'm confused as they now only accept routs but when I type mine in it shows as expired but I paid 2 new ones and I have that order number assigned to the 2 routs so I should have the extra days. Anyone have this issue?

Do not really follow what you are trying to describe.
But sounds like an iks66 error happening there.

What's this Cr..p now with the maximum number of searches??? How come just viewing a route/donat'n counts against the daily max. How's anyone with problems going to be able to set up there system.
Need to WARN people that they will be locked out for 24hrs by just looking up their numbers 4 times and won't be able to reset or change a MAC till the next day!!!

I agree, this is not the right time to re-instate this feature, I'm sure it's there for security reasons and under normal conditions is necessary, but right now with all the problems and peeps checking their status many times a day, it's annoying.
This happened to me yesterday afternoon and until this morning I was able to check my status... still don't have service.

I emailed technical support asking would I receive any credit days for my 1 month account , It expired today and I haven't heard any response nor did I receive any credit days. :(
