No order email as of 2-7-16

Waiting on donation code from Feb 7th, haven't received any emails (Kodi froze PC after order# page was displayed, payment was confirmed authorized, in fact I found my card charged twice, so I'd expect 2 donation codes I guess, however I didn't write the order # down in time).

Can I PM a moderator regarding this, would they be able to help? I sent an inquiry via website, no response back.

Any help would be appreciated, I had to lend my current sub out in the meanwhile to the elder. Thanks!
