does anyone have a hardware /codec solution for the fire tv gen 2 mpeg 2 stream problem,
no matter what player or even kodi settings i use, im not able to get accelerated fire tv hardware output, always only software.
the only that lets me somewhat do hardware acceleration is on stb emu with vlc settings to OpenGL hardware video decode.
this problem is annoying, and had i known it was across the board as a hardware issue with fire tv ,and not just kodi ,
i wouldn't have wasted 100 bucks for this stupid box they call fire tv.
seems to me, they made fire tv to only support streams playing from where they want, and screw everyone if they
want video streams elsewhere.
