So i decided to give iptv66.com a second chance especially when i wasn't compensated the day i lost at the beginning of February. I renewed my service then two days later my service went down. The customer service SUCKS, I've tried contacting though email and get no response, hell i rather go back to my cable provide. I just want to know how do i get a refund on my non-working service? When everything is working i'll come back later. (MIGHT COME BACK)! :(:(:(

I'm up and running on iptv66... Yeah i lost a few days but i'm not gonna cry about it.. i know how well stalker runs when the shit is down i go upstairs and watch cable

So your telling me that it's okay to purchase something and not use it? So if you buy a car then the next day you transmission give out you'll be fine with that? In my post i said I've gave them a second chance with no compensation meaning that i was okay with the service i was just testing it out with kodi ( kodi suck buffers too much) , but since I started to use stb emulator no problem. I like IPTV66 but why pay for something that i can't use. Give me my money back or compensate the days that I lost. I'm not trying to start nothing, but if i can't talk to a customer service rep this is not for me at the moment.

sorry but there are no refunds.
If the service is not working thru the code given, then send me the order number and code number and I will check it.
But no refunds have ever been given.

you don't understand the concept of a donation.. i guess this isn't for you then..how about you go read in the STB Emu section and try to fix your issue YOURSELF..then after a day or so and you can't get figure it out then ask for help..have you tried a mac change or reset?

yea, sorry victor. They did say extensions would be offered for lost time due to server being off-line but that is about as far as refunds will go. They just can not give refunds. It would be a nightmare for them. People would be asking for refund for one reason or another even when everything is working fine.
They just can not do that, sorry.

I understand how to use STB EMULATOR, I know how to reset and change my mac, and i under stand what a donation is. :) But at the moment it's not allowing me to reset my mac. I just asked a simple Question on how to get a refund and get BITCH OUT about it. I got the answer i need that you all for your services. :cool:

hang on victor... no one is bitchin you out and if they are well you brought that on yourself my freind.
Read your posts and you will see that the wording used is something that will attract a defensive attitude in us. Sometimes that defense may be harsh :eek:

I've bought 2 donations for customers and had no emails what soever with routes. I've emailed iptv66 and get nothing back, card been charged £18 for 2 but nothing. Getting really anoyyed with no response about anything

It's all true though. I love the service, and have supported since day one. But money being taken and no message at least is not on

These server guys send codes out as soon as they see the funds.
If no codes yet then that means the server guys have not seen the funds yet.

You are willingly giving a DONATION... And donations are non- refundable. It will get better very soon. My Mag254 still not working, but I know is in their so Im waiting for their tech team to solve it. Now they promised to extent our service's days since we are having a terrible experience. So my best advice is Patience.
Use other backup services for the meantime, USTV is free, Rabbit hear Antenna free, Netflix, Hulu, and the list goes on and on...
