I hope I'm not alone in saying that I welcome the recent announcement and am glad to see the fact they have acknowledged the frustrations of us the user. I like many others understand that these things happen and most times these cannot be helped.
Unfortunately, I believe the frustrations have arisen because of lack of communication from the Admin to let us know what was going on. If we were kept "in the loop" most of us, I believe would be understanding of the issues you are having and far less likely to be vocal. Hopefully Admin will take these frustrations on board and let us know what is happening.
As a closing point I do believe the service you provide is second to none (when working) and thank you for it and look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come.
Kindest Regards

Yea well, the staff here been telling people the same thing for awhile now. Not much different in the facts told.
I myself do not just make things up. I do talk with the administration about things :)
Many of us staff have continually been reporting that the system is messed up and they are working on it. What different is that then the announcment ?
I only ask because some seem to think that we just left with out a word or support.
I was at the point where I cared not to even say anything anymore.
And remember, I do hear from admin almost daily and transferr what I learn from him to the members. Is what I do ...
I know the announcment from administration is always what was needed, but please do not say we have not told you the same all along. Heck I even said the team is loosing sleep trying to get things fixed. Same thing that was said in announcment.
ah well... sigh
thnx for the post :)

Please don't think I was having a go at you or your team as I honestly wasn't. What I meant when I said about communication was that some days it would be up and some days it would be down with what I could see no acknowledgement that you were aware of it (although sometimes it was hidden in other posts) . As I said before I totally understand that systems go down and have problems and totally appreciate the work you guys do and don't mean to offend if I have.

it is quite alright.
You are right in most important note in all this, and that is that yes, the official announcement was and is needed.
The extension thing too needed to be addressed, and the announcement did that :)

Thanks for the update. Good to know what is going on. I was not sure if it was me or the system. By all means sleep and eat, this is not that serious when it comes to the reality of life. Good luck with your efforts.
Best Regards,

Chill out... no point in talking duration until the service is back up and running - I would hardly consider that being in the dark somehow.
I'd imagine a day extended per day it was broken - that'd be pretty standard.

Deviner....good post. My!!!!! You really cannot please some people. Always making an issue about something. Let us be glad that the system is up and running, and at least we heard from the Admin.

now My NFPS IPTV stalker is working.Done the same thing.Like cleared the chahe, changed the Mac address and reset the IPTV and re started the KODI.Now working perfectly fine but only thing we can't differentiate the group channels now.it is showing all channels.means we can not go to movies, music channels like that.at least service is resumed.so once again try it and let me know.

I agree with the OP. An announcement from the administrator was what was needed and I'm satisfied with his response. There are teething issues with the increasing number of users with a relatively small scale technical team.
The frustration comes from the lack of communication from the admin and the poor setup in disseminating any little communication we do get. Crazed 2.0, I understand your frustration but you should understand that many users do not even see the 'Announcements' subforum on this forum board. The forum, to put it bluntly, is messy and disorganised in parts of the forum. Any guides that we do have tend to link to another guide and some are not even formatted correctly for good readability. I don't mean to criticise, but I think it's worth pointing out to save the moderators from constantly answering the same old questions from users. Both users and mods are getting frustrated and the root of this is the lack of clarity throughout the forums. That said, I have some suggestions:
1. Service Status Page:
A service status page is exactly what is needed to stop users from arguing and speculating amongst each other. A clear and up-to-date service status page with a 'last updated' timestamp would be greatly appreciated and useful. It also needs to be easily accessible and not hidden somewhere in the forums, requiring a lot of clicks to find the page. A large, bright banner across the top of every forum page like a header with a link to the Service Status page is something that users need as most often, users visiting the forum just want to find out if the servers are working or not. A message on the status page would also be very useful as well as planned downtime and known issues. Clear and concise is the key.
2. Clearer guides
As mentioned, the exisitng guides, whilst useful, are often poorly formatted. No clear, bold headings and some are not even written in a step-by-step format. Screenshots can also be useful rather than a block of text. Some guides just contain links to other parts of the forum and I can see it being confusing to less-experienced users (who are the main users of these guides). The forums also contain too many subforums, in particular the Kodi related subforums. It's often difficult to know where to click to find a guide or navigate to the correct subforum you need.
Apologies if it seems like I'm bashing the forums but it seems like the root causes of the confusions and frustrations plaguing the forums comes from these issues. It's like a disease lol. I'm more than happy to write up some guides for the benefit of users, if the mods are willing. Feel free to PM me.
Thanks

It's simple whenever they need to do updates or maintenance just broadcast it across the screen just like they did the February 1st announcement for the security update
