M3U: freezing every 10 secs on pc and ipad

Hi there,

I'm a newbie to IPTV hobby. I'm experimenting the IPTV vision
from PC VLC and KODI or IPAD configuring the M3U playlists with KODI.

I wonder why on PC every 10 secs the stream stops and changes to the next channel in the list.
And so on.
On Ipad instead the stream stops every 10 secs.

hints?

cuz you using an private m3u playlist that has a shared account associated to it
