hey guys r just rebooted my mag254 and now I keep getting resolution not supported. I tried holding down the 3lines/3dots button while plugging back in like the post said in a previous post and I cant get to the option to change the resolution for some reason? any help would be appreciated. I did notice that once I plug in the mag254 the blue button on the receiver doesn't pick up signal for the first 30 seconds, maybe that's y I cant get into the bios to change resolution settings???
thanks,
Vince

If there is no image, then complete these next steps:
Unplug the STB
-Press and hold “Menu” button on RC (direct your RC to STB)
-Plug in the STB while holding the “Menu” button
-Hold the “Menu” button for 10 seconds.
Yes... Menu button is 3 dots/3 lines button just above the blue volume button.

You may have to use the audio/video cable that came with your Mag to see a picture. After you set the display right, maybe auto, you can go back to the HDMI cable.

thanks guys. I had to find the rca's and go that route. I tried so many times to hold menu button down upon plugging in of the mag and nothing happened. y would it reset itself in the first place to a different setting?
