IPTV66 not the greatest of starts to a years sub/donation

New to IPTV and bought a mag254 box. Finally took the plunge with IPTV4LESS amd it looks like it's through IPTV66. Anyway furthest I've got with it is the blue scrolling bar gets a bit yellow then an authentication box comes up. Tried the donation number as the login and password but nothing happens after that when I press OK. Read lots of threads on here saying they're having problems at there end but keep tyring and you'll get into it. I've had no joy so far. Can anyone suggest anything else I need to try or is there nothing I can do to help the situation.
