Please help. Papiao has my old MAC and won't let me update it to my Avov Device MAC

Why won't it let me change the MAC? I've done reset and everything.

I've had my MAC for about 25 days now and only maybe 3 it's been up and running.

I just want to know what I need to do. I'm ok with downtime but nobody is helping.

I'm not sure what help anyone can give everything has been on the server side so there isnt anything anyone can do until service has been restored!

I saw the update you linked. I had looked there but just looked up top at the sticky posts. This was posted at the bottom and I didn't see it.
