Hello, i went to the iptv66 website checked my route, and i got the chart with all the info( days remaining etc), but where it says portal next to it is N/A.
what does this mean. is this causing the error 504 timeout, because there's no portal to connect to?

Hi All I'm a little lost. I have renewed 2 of my Donations as one was about to run out and the other one had a week left. I have not recived an email to say it has gone through but I can log into the portal https://iks66.tv/main/search and see they are active. But I have noticed the following fields are blank. IPTV Portal: N/A where it shows IPTV Portal: 66.iptv66.tv on my old account but the Mac address failed is also missing? and I don't seen an options to reset IPTV or chance my Mac. Anyone else have this problem? The money has gone out my account.
When I now try and use my EPG.Ninha.NPFS app I just get authentication error and normally log into the portal hit reset tv and this resolves the issue but I cant do it now.
Ive had a look over the forum but can see anyone else posting this.

it happened to me i ordered 2 routes and no mac address was assigned it's been 15 days with no resolution's and multiple emails looks like were all beat out of our money

We this from ISK66? I think I'm going to move over to papiao.is as had nothing but issues with this.

I am anxiously waiting until the service gets restored i have a faulty box and would like to transfer Mac address to a new one and keep getting this dumb error. It seems like this security update is doing more harm than good.

I'm at a loss not. I have one day on my old account. I have logged into it hit TV Reset and it started working no issues but change it to my new code and this dose not work. Is this a normal thing with IPTV Stalker as ive had it a month and out of the moth its only worked for a week an a half. I happy to pay for the service but the uptime has been nothing but dreadful so far.

Your mac address is not assigned,its on your box, you have to send it to where ever you ordered your donation from to link up to server.

i have the same problem after renewing my subs i have checked every thing even mac address active. i have emailed them waiting on reply

I posted a similar problem regarding IPTV N/A about an hour ago, so am not hijacking your thread, and it seeams to have happened to many people, No change Mac or Reset, it appears IKS.66 have got their heads up their Axxx at the moment as we all suffer.

Same problem BOTH my donations IPTV+IKS now say IPTV N/A I have E mailed them (no response)

I Only hope IKS66 get around to correcting a blunder that seams to have happened to a lot of people which is changed the IPTV PORTAL TO N/A for no apparent reason, so their is no Mac change or IPTV reset option to go to. E Mailed them six times no response or change on route check,:mad:

They read the emails sent.
Do not know the time line when everyones will be fixed, but if any having the issue, send email with the subject of issue in the email title.
Please try not sending too many emails on same subject and is good to have the subject in the email tile

No worries about the post. In a way I'm glad its not just me having this issue. I just hope they resolve it ASAP as my idea was to cancel my BT TV at home and use IPTV but its proved unstable at the moment. I will give it until the end of March before I decide on what I'm going to do.

It is very encouraging to read on the Rocket and NFPS forums of peeps getting their boxes up and running again, they must have some pretty good devs over there. Meanwhile on 66 NADA...not one post saying 'it's working'.
It seems the 'reply' button on their email machine does not work and they are lacking in technical expertise, they should hire a programmer to sort out the mess the webpage is in.

some encouraging news guys.
There have been improvments (fixes) on most internal features with the server websites (internal means admin features).
I just experienced a few of them.
Meaning that it is ongoing.
This thread here I gonna sticky.
It is meant for those that get the IPTV PORTAL: NA
when they have the correct IPTV service paid for.
Please keep discussion down to minimal, makes it easier to have those that need attention, get it.

No jinx's aloud ....been up all day Wednesday did see the error that was mentioned at the first few
posts, i have more then device an account but only one has been smooth iptv on kodi comp but down on droid and up/down iks,,,im not touching anything on the one that works...hope they succeed eh guys...

with minamal discussion.
I am disapointed in this sticky thread.
How can we keep forums organized so members can navagate and find the chit they need ?
And members ask why there is not so much organized for them to see easy at a glance
