I have not been able to connect all day. Does anyone know what it wrong the channels they will not even load?

I reloaded the firmware and the portal loaded. However, everything is extremely laggy, most channels don't work, and the "Connection Problem" pretty much is a constant. You might just be lucky enough to get a channel to load though.

Well... my box came back on about a hour ago and it went straight to the Authentication page and there I get error. Went to IKS66.com and ran my mac in the mac checker and it tells me "This MAC Address 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx is good and ready to join". I tried all my other mac's I had used and 'nada'. So my mac got wiped from the database. Problem is the 'mac checker' is not working so I can't update the mac info. Great.... snafu.

Same here. My box MAC address cannot be added. I have not watched anything since the weekend.
