Three days have been passed and not received a confirmation email, my cc is charged by $12.49
not recomend this service.

This is not good i provided many codes for persons and always got them instantly when using my credit. I can't afford to have clients in the dark when its time for renewal

Yes indeed it's strange, I just made my renewal and I always was getting the confirmation within seconds/minutes and this time around is not the case. Card was charged but no email. Something was telling me to wait with the renewal until all this mess is sorted out but I had only 3 days left and I'm leaving tomorrow for few days and wanted to get this done so my wife wouldn't be left with out the service.

So if you had to wait two weeks, did you made another payment and that payment went through rite away? or you had enough days left that you didn't got caught off and were just trying to add some days to your route?

I'm in the same boat. I made a payment for 2 codes that were renewed and did not get an email but I was lucky in that I had old routs and saved the sales ID and I have managed to log in and check on my service. Issue I have with that is its not been assigned an IPTV Licence and cant change the macs on both orders. No reply's to any of my emails and I also bought a new code for someone else the day after I got the renewals and I lost the perches number but when I had it the check your order was not working and again no reply on this email. From what I have seen on here lots of people are having this issue so it could be an issue on the Sellers end.

waiting since 6feb nothing three orders different payments all accepted nothing check CC MONEY REMOVED!! Checked junk/Spam nothing! Sent numerous emails nothing! needs to be sorted! Love the wise guys who say have u checked CC!! Get real system is letting people down stop making it look like the customers problem, Please

Does anyone have any useful information for the people who used TrustPay and got screwed out of their donation email?
Something besides, they are working on servers? Is the IKS66 staff aware of this? Do they have a way to go back and resend those emails?
