setting up a MAC on new rockets

a friend purchased a new rocket code and he has been trying to set his mac up and on the papio site all he keeps getting is unable to update mac he isn't new to all this he pretty well knows what he's doing but just cant figure this out is the site still down? down to 357 days and haven't got to watch the first tv show.. thanks for any help

its not letting me reset my mac either. They have been having a lot of issues lately. Hope they get it cleared up because I have a sub running and it isnt getting channels anymore
