Is there a way to permanently unlock adult channels on the AVOV VIXO2?

My yellow button works and I can unlock all the channels but as soon as you power it off or exit and leave TvOnline to go to another App....it tends to reset all of the locks.
I'm not sure if this was intended to safeguard against kids accessing the box with the locks removed or if it is a requirement or regulation preventing locks from being permanently removed. Whatever the reason, I have unlocked several and the same locks are back on after leaving TvOnline. Not sure as to what happens if you keep your box powered up and keep TvOnline active by simply turning off your tv. It always froze whenever I did that so I turn everything off. Some of the adult channels have had their programming removed with nothing on the servers so I really don't bother with it most of the time.
